For licence keys, activation problems, device resets, renewals and refunds, email [email protected]. Writing from the email tied to your key, and including your order ID or UTR, gets you a much faster answer.
We will never ask for your UPI PIN, OTP, card details or bank password — not on email, not on WhatsApp, not anywhere. Payments happen only through the QR codes on the Get Access page. If someone asks you for any of those claiming to be us, it is a scam; please report it to the support email.
