These terms govern your use of the FinSociety desktop software, this website, and the licence keys we issue. By buying or activating a licence, you agree to them. FinSociety is mock-exam practice software for the CFA Program (Levels 1, 2 and 3) and the CAT. It provides timed practice exams, analytics and study tools. Your attempts, analytics and notes are stored on your own machine; the software works offline after activation.

Prices are in Indian Rupees (CFA: ₹1,499 per level per year; CAT: ₹399 per year) and are shown in full before you pay. Payments are made over UPI and verified by hand against the UTR you submit; your key is issued after verification, usually within a few hours. Renewing with the same email extends the same key — you never need a second key. Refunds are handled under our Refund Policy.
You agree not to attempt to bypass the licence or device-binding checks, probe or disrupt our licence servers, automate bulk downloads of exam content, or use the software to infringe anyone’s rights. We may suspend a key that is shared publicly or used in breach of these terms; where the breach is deliberate, no refund is due.
Activation, exam downloads, the leaderboard and this website need an internet connection and are provided on an “as available” basis. We may maintain or update them at any time. Once activated, the mock exams, analytics and history on your machine keep working offline.
To the maximum extent permitted by Indian law, our total liability for any claim arising from your licence is limited to the amount you paid for the then-current licence period. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
We may update these terms as the product evolves; the version on this page is the current one, and material changes will be announced on the website. These terms are governed by the laws of India, and disputes are subject to the courts at Karwar, Karnataka.
