FinSociety licences are digital goods issued against a manually verified UPI payment. These rules keep refunds simple and fair on both sides.
If FinSociety cannot run on a supported, up-to-date Windows system and our support team cannot fix it within 14 days of you reporting it, we refund the full amount and deactivate the key — even if it was activated while we tried.
Once a key is activated and the exam content is accessible, the licence is treated as consumed and is not refundable — the same way an opened exam-prep course is not returnable. This does not affect the “will not run” promise above.
A renewal follows the same rules against the renewed period: refundable until the renewed period is first used after renewal, or if the software will not run as described above.
Email [email protected] from the email tied to your key, with your 12-digit UTR and the reason. Approved refunds go back to the source UPI account within 7–10 working days, and we confirm by email when sent.
If a payment is reversed or charged back, the associated licence key is deactivated. If it was an error, contact us and we will sort it out.
